Our official guide (with licence from the local municipal authority) will take you through the narrow streets of the historical centre and make you discover the treasures of the city.
Walking across the city ( you can choose between the main street with the medieval Palazzos of the mighty merchants or the hidden corners inhabited by the craftsmen), you will learn about the Church of san Domenico with the relics of Saint Catherine of Siena, the spectacular Duomo, with its precious marble floor, the Piccolomini Library and the famous Ambon by Nicola Pisano (1268), and Piazza del Campo, the square world famous for the horse race and for its Torre del Mangia, the second tallest tower in Italy completed in 1348.

Day 2
10.00AM Full day excursion "SAN GIMIGNANO AND THE TUSCAN WINE SCHOOL"
The Wine School will take place during the morning in order to permit you to learn almost everything about the wine making process and Italian wine production rules and feeling the rest of the day as an expert Italian wine connoisseur.
During our full day tour you'll taste some of the most renowned Tuscan wines as Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Chianti Classico, Riserva and Supertuscans.not touristy" restaurant.
We have selected for our guests some of the best restaurants of the region, where you will appreciate the tasty and gourmet Tuscany dishes.
After lunch, you'll spend a couple of hours into San Gimignano village for sightseeing and shopping through the city centre.
In San Gimignano is possible to climb up the "Torre Grossa" to enjoy a spectacular view over the valley or, if you prefer, you can taste some more wine at the "Vernaccia Wine Museum"and obviously don't miss the "Best Ice-cream" in the world.
