CANCELLATIONS AND/OR VARIATIONS Should the customer decide to cancel and/or change his/her reservation, notification should be sent by mail or fax to 2Be S.n.c. no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival, stating name, surname, destination chosen, for the reservation and the dates of the stay. Reservation requests finalised on the website www.winetouradventure.com are binding: availability of the product requested implies the subsequent purchasing of said product. The cancellation of services booked will result in a penalty being applied, penalty which will vary according to the cancellation policy applied by the supplier of the service cancelled. DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY (General guidelines) Individuals 50% of the value of the product booked is required on confirmation • Cancellations made 1 month or more prior to date of arrival/service: No penalty • Cancellations made from 30 to 7 days prior to date of arrival/service: 10% of deposit • Cancellations made from 7 to 48hrs prior to date of arrival/service: 25% of deposit • Cancellations made less than 48hrs prior to date of arrival/service: 100% of deposit Groups (from 10 people) 50% of the value of the product booked is required on confirmation • Cancellations made at least 2 months prior to date of arrival/service: No penalty • Cancellations made between 2 and 1 month prior to date of arrival/service: 30% of deposit • Cancellations made less than 1 month prior to date of arrival/service: 100% of deposit The above cancellation policies are not valid for Blackout Dates when, in the case of cancellation, the entire deposit will be withheld.
